Job Title: Finance Transformation and Transition Manager

Pro-Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation and Transition Manager to lead the transfer of finance activities for a centre of excellence and drive the associated finance transformation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a change map outlining activities, timelines, dependencies, and resources required to transition finance activities from current to target state, gaining alignment and buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Lead the execution of the change plan, managing activities, issues, and mitigating risks to ensure delivery to time and budget.
  • Develop and manage change management and communication strategies.
  • Communicate transition plans, progress updates, and key milestones to stakeholders.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and resistance to change.
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners to identify areas for process optimisation and effectiveness.
  • Partner with IT to ensure integration of technology.

This is a key role for the next 12-18 months in ensuring all processes, systems, and responsibilities are transitioned, and that strategic initiatives to transform the finance function are embedded for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
