The Role

We are seeking a Senior Platform and Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Nigel Wright Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will be a senior position driving forward support services around identity platforms and account management, ensuring an outstanding service to the organisation, focused on resolving a range of technical incidents and requests in the identity, user access, and account management area, and continually driving improvement of this service to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sizeable identity platform deployments in hybrid environments, including Active Directory and Azure Active Directory/Entra.
  • Implement and support authentication technologies, such as SAML and OAUTH, and have a strong working knowledge of Entra identity capabilities, including Conditional Access and Identity Governance.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Active Directory authentication and architecture, as well as experience with related technologies, such as Intune/MEM.
  • Build trust and effective working relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive improvement of the identity service, ensuring an outstanding experience for our internal customers.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in managing identity platform deployments, including Active Directory and Azure Active Directory/Entra.
  • Extensive experience in authentication technologies, including SAML and OAUTH.
  • Strong working knowledge of Entra identity capabilities, including Conditional Access and Identity Governance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory authentication and architecture.
  • Experience with related technologies, such as Intune/MEM.
  • A proactive can-do attitude, with a bias towards ownership and results.
