The Role:
You will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Your role will involve:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the unit.
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Maintaining high standards of care and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per year.
