Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, working on bank shifts. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the well-being of our residents, leading a team of care professionals to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of care professionals: Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, leading a team of Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  2. Develop and implement care plans: Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
  3. Monitor work areas and practices: Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
  4. Deliver clinical guidance: Deliver clinical guidance to your care team, leading, motivating, and mentoring them for the safe and efficient running of the care home.
  5. Promote residents' independence: Promote residents' independence, choice, and dignity by delivering the best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Registered Nurse qualification: A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
  2. Caring skills: Caring with a hands-on approach, helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
  3. Leadership skills: Passion for coaching and supporting your team, providing training to colleagues and care professionals.
