Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to promote independence, recovery, and service user dignity.
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of qualified nurses and be accountable for reporting care given to qualified nursing staff.
Requirements:
  • Care Certificate completed.
  • NVQ 3 Health and Social Care.
  • Recent, relevant experience of working within mental health.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
