Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care to patients with mental health needs

  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan care
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
  • Experience working with older adults with mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
