About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Cheam Sutton Nursery. As a key member of the nursery management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

About the Job
As a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the nursery team to deliver high-quality childcare and education
- Ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs
- Observing, assessing, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS
- Guiding, coaching, and managing the staff team
- Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements
