Job Title: Senior Nursery Room Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Cheam Sutton Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.

Additionally, you will take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.

Our ideal candidate will be a qualified childcare professional with managerial experience and a passion for delivering exceptional childcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To be the 3rd in charge at the nursery, working closely with the nursery management team.
  2. To ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  3. To take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  4. To guide and support the staff team to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
