Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Cheam Sutton Nursery. As a Senior Room Manager, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting the nursery team by demonstrating your knowledge and best practice.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • As a keyworker, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • You will take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps and supporting the staff team.
  • Your role will involve encouraging and praising children's development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing the team of practitioners.
  • And most importantly, you will have FUN

What You Will Need
