About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Scheme Manager to undertake various duties at our sheltered accommodation at Leyland Court.

In this key role, you will play a crucial part in supporting residents by providing assistance with daily living tasks and ensuring their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, including personal care and household management
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the sheltered accommodation, including maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and implement programs to promote resident engagement and social interaction
  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide additional support services to residents
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
