About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Scheme Manager to join our team at Estuary Housing Association. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in supporting residents by providing assistance with daily tasks, ensuring their safety and security, and addressing any concerns related to repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency alarm calls from residents and take appropriate action.
  • Maintain a diary for the scheme, recording instances where master keys are used and other important matters.
  • Keep a filing system up to date and ensure records are readily available in case of an emergency.
  • Promote the use of the resident's lounge and stimulate social life by facilitating community events.
Requirements
  • Previous Scheme Manager or Warden experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer service and administration skills.
