Telfer Partners is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Lead to drive growth across multiple territories in the EMEA market. This role involves leading complex sales initiatives, mentoring team members, and fostering key client relationships to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives through collaboration with International Sales Management Team, Customer Support, Engagement, and Editorial teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create effective sales strategies, adjusting plans as needed to respond to market changes.
  • Manage territory planning, forecasting, and opportunity management with the International Sales team to ensure assigned territories meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with assigned territories and accounts to understand their goals and challenges, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and upsell relevant products or services.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service through presentations, sales conversations, relationship management, and closing of sales.
  • Utilize the CRM to manage sales pipelines, forecast opportunities, and report sales activities, including opportunities, meetings, tasks, leads, and customer follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Proven success in senior sales roles working with international markets.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership potential and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the industry, market, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional customer value.
What We Offer
  • £45,000 salary + £20,000 OTE bonus + benefits.
  • Up to 40% international travel required.
