Nights Shift Care Worker

- Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans.
- Being involved in the person-centred care planning process, by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
- Supporting residents with their medication requirements.
- Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required.
- Acting as a key point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing.
To be successful in your application, you must live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, 2 years' experience working in similar care environments, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
