Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of social care professionals, providing guidance, and supporting their development. Key duties include:
- Managing the team's workload and ensuring efficient completion of tasks;
- Conducting regular case file audits to identify areas for improvement;
- Supporting the development of staff through supervision and training;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act;
- Encouraging a positive risk-taking attitude and promoting a no-blame culture.
Applicants must hold a recognized Social Work qualification and possess significant experience in adult social care. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
