Our ideal candidate will be working full-time and receiving a salary of up to £49,503 per annum.

The key responsibilities include:

  • To engage and fully participate in supervision, applying critical reflection and analysis to inform professional decisions. Risks should be discussed with your line manager to gain direction, advice, and support with practice.
  • To provide advice and information to residents and carers, ensuring that assessments, care, and support plans, charging information, and other details about service provision are communicated promptly.

The role also involves monitoring the implementation of packages of care and reviewing support plans, including funding arrangements, to meet needs and risks according to statutory requirements and Council policy, delivering high-quality services and best value.

A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including a £3,000 retention bonus (every 2 years' service), payment of Social Work England registration fee, performance-related salary progression scheme, and 32 days annual leave plus bank holidays (40 paid days in total).
