Job RequirementsWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain person-centred support plans to meet the needs of individuals with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Encourage individuals to participate in community activities and develop independent living skills

- A competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time workers), depending on experience
