Event Planning and Marketing Specialist

Carter Murray is seeking an Event Planning and Marketing Specialist to support the coordination and execution of events, webcasts, and client engagement points in a leading law firm.

This role will involve planning and coordinating all aspects of campaigns and events, including virtual roundtables, corporate hospitality, webinars, and executive dinners. You will collaborate with the Senior Events Executive to deliver marketing collateral and develop creative ideas and concepts.

The successful candidate will have experience coordinating events in a legal and/or professional services environment and will be able to work closely with the marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, webcasts, and client engagement points
  • Collaborate with the Senior Events Executive to deliver marketing collateral and develop creative ideas and concepts
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate events in a legal and/or professional services environment

Requirements:

  • Experience coordinating events in a legal and/or professional services environment
  • Ability to work closely with the marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication and project management skills
