Specialist Community Public Health Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our team at the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with families and children in the Staffordshire Moorlands district, promoting their health and wellbeing.
With an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and an excellent benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and extensive health and wellbeing resources, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care/support packages for children and young people, working in a variety of community settings.

- Deliver commissioned aspects of the Healthy Child Programme, ensuring key objectives and outcomes are achieved.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the health needs of children and families within our locality.
