Specialist Community Nurse Position

We are seeking an exceptional Public Health Specialist Practitioner to join our team in the Staffordshire Moorlands district. As a specialist practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to children and families, promoting their health and wellbeing.
You will conduct assessments of care/support needs, develop effective care/support packages, and provide supervision and training to other staff members. Additionally, you will be required to deliver commissioned aspects of the Healthy Child Programme, ensuring key objectives and outcomes are achieved.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in public health, with experience in working with children and families, particularly in the 0-5 age range. A registered nurse or midwife qualification, a BSc Hons Public Health Specialist Practitioner degree, and a full UK driving licence are essential requirements.
In recognition of your expertise, we offer a salary of £44,964 - £50,016 per annum, dependent on experience, plus an attractive package of benefits, including:
