Auto Skills UK is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet service customers, identifying their service requirements
- Take service department bookings and update customers on technical issues
- Deal with customer complaints and seize opportunities for upselling products
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS systems
- Ability to thrive in a busy service department and provide excellent customer service
