Auto Skills UK is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their team in Romford. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking service department bookings, and updating customers with technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take Service Department bookings
- Meet and greet service customers and identify their service requirements
- Update customers with technical issues
- Deal with complaints
- Seize opportunities for up-selling products
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
- Money motivated with confidence in up-selling
- Fully customer focused, presentable, and professionally dressed
- Ability to thrive within a busy service department
- Full clean UK Driving Licence
