- Take Service Department bookings and meet and greet service customers to identify their service requirements.
- Update customers with technical issues and deal with complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Seize opportunities for up-selling products and services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential.
- Knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS systems is required.
