Service Advisor

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Auto Skills UK. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage service department bookings and ensure efficient workshop loading
* Meet and greet service customers, identifying their service requirements and updating them on technical issues
* Deal with customer complaints and seize opportunities for upselling products
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

**Requirements**

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor
* Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS systems
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
* Full clean UK driving license
