Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care during procedures
- Monitor and maintain the quality of care provided, ensuring it meets hospital and national guidelines
- Implement and adhere to infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Liaise with various departments across the hospital to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and plan patient care strategies
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health and well-being
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex and changing health needs
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Actively promote and implement best nursing practices within the ward
- Identify areas for improvement in patient care and work with the team to develop and implement solutions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to enhance patient care and service delivery
- Annual salary of £45,000
