Senior Orthopaedic Nurse Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our team as a Senior Orthopaedic Nurse Leader. The successful candidate will have a strong background in acute care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient care on the ward, ensuring that all patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
- Lead a team of nurses and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent patient care.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our services are meeting the highest standards.
- Work closely with the Ward Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice and improve patient outcomes.
