Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Salford, working on the Media City contract. This is a full-time role, requiring a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance and reactive calls for commercial hot and cold-water systems.
  • Complete all statutory and non-statutory maintenance in accordance with set maintenance schedules and contract SLAs.
  • Produce high-quality reports of findings, along with estimates, for producing quotations.
  • Work on your own initiative or within a team environment, being the face of EQUANS on site.

Requirements:

  • Sound mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Experience of working on commercial hot and cold-water systems.
  • Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Plumbing/Mechanical skill area or relevant and practical experience within a similar industry.
  • Sound awareness of risk assessment & working safely with equipment.
