As a Sales Executive - Building Automation, you will play a key role in promoting Johnson Controls' innovative building automation solutions to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain long-term customer relationships/partnerships with assigned accounts, positioning renewable service agreements as a foundation of run account relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell Johnson Controls' building automation offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to all members of the construction community, including contractors, consultants, and designers, while reaching optimal profit levels.
- Build partnering relationships with the owner construction community responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of Johnson Controls' offerings.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and understand the sales process outcomes.
- Differentiate Johnson Controls' services and products from competitors by applying creativity, resourcefulness, and innovation in a valuable sales approach.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience selling in the building automation system industry.
- Demonstrates a dedication to integrity and quality in business.
