About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to join our team at Crew Clothing. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for driving consistent improvement to the store's sales, KPIs, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Deliver LFL growth of both sales and KPI performance in the store.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring effective use of space and stock availability.
  • Team Management: Comply with reasonable instructions from senior members of the retail team, develop, review, and appraise your team based on key performance indicators, and performance manage poor performers.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure the integrity of the brand is maintained through correct behaviors and uniform standards of the team.
  • Financial Management: Control payroll and other store expenditures, ensuring they come within budget.
  • Customer Service: Train and induct your team to deliver excellent customer service.
