About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Director to lead our King's Road store, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. As the Store Director, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, developing and executing business strategies, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Maintain an inviting and aesthetically pleasing store atmosphere that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Team Leadership
  • Oversee the recruitment process, develop comprehensive training programs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Store Operations
  • Create a clean and safe store environment in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Customer Service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities for brand loyalty.
  • Communication
  • Ensure effective communication between the store and head office, aligning store operations with broader company goals.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Sales and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer trends, and profit margins. Present detailed reports to company leadership regularly, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and enhance profitability.
  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and oversee monthly inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Marketing and E-commerce
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to oversee and contribute to the store's digital presence, including social media accounts and e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement in-store promotional activities, arrange eye-catching displays, and ensure that visual merchandising aligns with marketing campaigns.
  • Financial Management
  • Undertake financial tasks, including recording and managing cash orders, tracking petty cash, and reviewing invoices.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and contribute to accurate financial reporting.
