Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain an inviting and aesthetically pleasing store atmosphere that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Team Management: Oversee the recruitment process, develop comprehensive training programs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Store Operations: Create a clean and safe store environment in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Customer Concerns: Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities for brand loyalty.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication between the store and head office, aligning store operations with broader company goals.

Additional Responsibilities:
