Main Responsibilities

Requirements

  • The ability to resolve complex situations effectively within a dynamic nursing home setting.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in report writing and care planning.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and opportunities for career progression within a reputable Care Group. The hourly rate is estimated at £21-22 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). Additionally, employees can expect a salary of approximately £48,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to employee compensation.
