Customer Service Agent Position

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team in Hull. As a key member of our SME Client Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our growing customer base.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responding to customers' queries via telephone, email, and online chat.
  • Dealing with billing enquiries, technical issues, terminal management, product logistics, and other customer-related matters.
  • Achieving KPIs and SLAs to provide the highest level of customer service and support.
  • Working on systems such as Salesforce, online telephony platforms, and other software to support our customer base.

Competencies:

  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis within the payments industry would be an advantage.
  • Exposure to our products and systems, including GEMS/TMS/PAX Store/Noetica/VeriCentre/VHQ/OCC/Salesforce/ODIN/Kibana, would be beneficial.
  • Experience using online chat tools to resolve customer issues would be advantageous.
