Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Housing Tenure Advocate at Thirteen Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to customers who are struggling to maintain their tenancies.

Your goal will be to empower them to become more self-sufficient and independent. You will work closely with other agencies to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.

About the Job
  • Provide tailored support to customers to help them manage their finances, sustain their tenancy, and reduce debt.
  • Work in partnership with other agencies to deliver holistic support plans that meet the individual needs of our customers.
  • Support customers who are most at risk of losing their tenancy due to financial issues, tenancy management, safeguarding, or anti-social behavior.
About You
  • You will have a good understanding of welfare benefits and experience in supporting customers to explore entitlement, complete benefit calculations, and make claims.
  • You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
  • A full driving license is required as travel around the region is essential.

  • Salary: £16,059.50 per annum (pro rata) (£32,119 full-time equivalent)
