About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Shift Manager to join our team at Taiko Foods Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our factory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the hygiene team to ensure the completion of hygiene schedules and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure the effective maintenance and cleaning of equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and develop the skills of the hygiene team to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning and hygiene procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
