Job Title: Hygiene Shift Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead our hygiene team and ensure that our factory meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As a Hygiene Shift Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our hygiene procedures, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly cleaned and maintained, and providing training and guidance to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the hygiene team and ensure that all hygiene procedures are implemented and maintained.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that the factory meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement new procedures and protocols to improve hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on hygiene procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all areas of the factory are properly cleaned and maintained.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of hygiene procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of reliability and flexibility.
  • Punctuality is essential.
