About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Acton, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operation during service and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement creative menu ideas, utilizing fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team, promoting a positive and creative work environment.
  • Manage kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Creativity, passion for cooking, and a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
