Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process to ensure that products meet high standards and are delivered on time.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve their best performance.
- Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of quality control to meet brand expectations.
- Project manage all projects from design to installation.
Requirements: To succeed as our Production Manager, you must have experience leading a production team in an engineering/manufacturing environment. You should be able to implement CI activities, maintain quality control, and drive project success from design to installation.
