Job Overview
Johnson Controls seeks a highly skilled Security Industry Sales Manager to drive business performance and growth within customer accounts. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for supporting sales, business development, marketing, and public relations communications for the company.

Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports detailing sales, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Reviewing and analyzing sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Monitoring, preparing, and reporting on marketing communications and sales activity.
  • Managing and giving direction to the marketing and sales departments/teams.
  • Coordinating sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Directing staff, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programmes.
  • Meeting with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and developed.
  • Identifying and understanding client's business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Coordinating liaison between sales and other departments.
  • Developing and managing marketing/sales budgets.
  • Maintaining effective internal marketing communications.
  • Company Director duties, as required, in consultation with the Board of Directors.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in sales, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts, and experience within the security industry ideally within the utilities space.
