Higher Education Administrator Role

Salary: £23,144 - £24,533 per annum

We are currently seeking a skilled Higher Education Administrator to join our team. As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for delivering key aspects of our financial operations, including the Individual Learner Return.

Previous experience in a similar funding/IT role is required, as well as strong skills in spreadsheet and database use. We offer a competitive salary, hybrid working arrangement, and a range of benefits, including 43 days' leave per year and an excellent pension scheme.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the ILR & Funding Manager to ensure accurate Individual Learner Return submissions.
  • Providing operational management support to the ILR & Funding Manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with University, ESFA, and other funding regulations.
