Job Overview

We are seeking a Workforce Associate to join our team, working across various locations. This is a field-based role that requires the ability to work in a variety of settings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our company in a professional manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding when interacting with customers, and carrying out maintenance, removal and repair work as required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Representing the company in a professional manner in all situations
  • Demonstrating empathy, understanding and listening skills when interacting with customers face to face
  • Carrying out maintenance, removal and repair work in commercial and residential buildings
  • Attending daily toolbox talks to ensure all health and safety concerns are being met, and that the job is progressing as planned
  • Ensuring van is equipped, clean and serviced
  • Providing meaningful updates to the customer
  • Requesting equipment and materials in sufficient time
  • Ensuring use of correct documents and ensuring correct billing details and purchase orders are obtained
Requirements:
  • Holding a UK manual driving licence
  • Come from a labouring, construction or technician background, willing to do physical work which can require heavy lifting
  • Having good manual dexterity
  • Having a good understanding of computer packages
  • Using strong verbal communication skills and good organisation/administration abilities
  • Being willing to travel across the region and stay away from home as required
