Maintenance Operations Lead Job Description

Recruit Mint Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, developing and implementing maintenance strategies, and ensuring that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced maintenance professional to lead our maintenance operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance principles, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Oversee maintenance budgeting and cost control
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of facilities
  • Provide training and coaching to maintenance team members
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance team operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:

Circa £62-67k per annum + 10% annual bonus
