Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Neighbourhood Development Specialist to join our team at CIH International Housing Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering neighbourhood plans and local offers in South London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a programme of regular estate inspections and prioritising fire safety risk assessment follow up work. You will also collaborate with local partners such as safer neighbourhood teams, the voluntary sector, and youth services on neighbourhood safety and ASB issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with local residents groups, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

This role is based in South London, with a hybrid working arrangement. The salary for this position is approximately £19,750 per annum (PAYE) or £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
