Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Trials Training Manager will lead and manage the Clinical Trials Training Function and Team, delegating responsibilities, managing performance, and continuously reviewing and improving training processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing product and system training, including methods, systems/platforms, channels, and media.
  • Delivering comprehensive training for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating client training events in partnership with Senior Project Leaders, Clinical Leads, and clients.
  • Planning and managing equipment and personnel for training events.
  • Enhancing the capabilities of Vitalograph trainers through 'Train-the-Trainer' courses and assessments.
  • Validating and monitoring trainer competency to ensure high standards.
  • Reviewing and updating training materials, programs, and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Gathering feedback from customers and staff to inform Quality Management Systems, Training, and Marketing materials.
  • Providing training feedback to sponsors and Vitalograph product/service owners.
  • Representing clients' needs within Vitalograph and conveying our values and expertise to clients.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recognised training qualification.
  • Experience in customer service and managing customer expectations.
  • Expertise in creating training media, methods, and channels.
  • Proficiency in process design and management for developing and maintaining training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Vitalograph products and services within the context of clinical trials.
