**Refit Product Manager - Job Description**

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Refit Product Manager to support the development and implementation of our refit proposition and programme. This role will involve working closely with the Head of Product to scope, review, validate, develop, and deliver the refit programme.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Product in scoping, reviewing, validating, developing, and delivering the refit programme.
  • Own, manage, and communicate product project plans, ensuring stakeholder engagement, alignment, and execution.
  • Work with Finance to evaluate the commercial benefit of new and existing proposition developments.
  • Manage cost and value-engineering, balancing productivity and customer defection/reputation to achieve the best solutions.
  • Identify, measure, and deliver against KPIs for each product or proposition project.
  • Brand guardianship for hotel environment design, layout, and style, liaising with the Property team and relevant agencies on hotel refurbishment and pipeline footprints.
Requirements:
  • Relevant product management experience with a good understanding of reviewing and improving product areas.
  • Strong project management expertise and organisational skills, working to critical paths and deadlines across a broad spectrum of activity and multiple projects.
  • The ability to lead, engage, and motivate cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with other areas of business.
  • Strong customer focus and commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and commercial sense.
  • The ability to innovate, be proactive, and act as a highly motivated self-starter with a can-do approach in a rapid results-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and passion for the brand.
  • Experience in developing and delivering refit programmes in F&B environments (e.g., restaurants and bars).
  • Understanding of F&B operations.
Estimated Salary:

£65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
