Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance audits and clinics are crucial to ensure quality and performance measures are met.
  • Analysis and mitigation of risks and issues require presenting solutions to the Head of Service.
  • Safeguarding enquiries and safe allocation of work need to be ensured, guaranteeing professionals are competent and confident in handling complex and high-risk situations.
  • A supervision structure that delivers high-quality reflective supervision and bi-annual performance appraisals is essential.
  • Effective prioritization processes are necessary to minimize and mitigate risks during high-demand periods.
  • Leadership and development of staff through learning opportunities that utilize research, evidence, and feedback are vital.
  • Modeling practice and behaviors that align with corporate policies and codes of practice is required.
  • Promotion of inclusion and value of diversity in the team and among service users is also important.
  • Compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act and subsequent enactments must be maintained.

Requirements:

A professional Social Work qualification or equivalent is required.
