Job Description

ALDWYCH CONSULTING LTD is seeking a skilled Regulatory Consultant to join our team. As a Building Safety Consultant, you will act as a principal consultant for building regulations compliance, supporting clients across a diverse range of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct plan checks and maintain compliance trackers.
  • Lead discussions with designers and project managers to resolve compliance queries.
  • Support design teams through design review meetings and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Visit project sites to verify that construction aligns with approved designs.

Requirements:

  • Accredited Building Inspector with relevant qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in building regulations compliance and working within a Principal Designer framework.
  • Strong understanding of compliance processes, particularly within non-high-rise building projects.
