Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough plan checks and maintain accurate compliance trackers to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Lead discussions with design teams and stakeholders to resolve complex compliance queries and guarantee that designs adhere to regulations.
  • Support design teams through regular review meetings and maintain open communication with all parties involved.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, up to 10 at any given time. They will also act as a compliance expert for various frameworks, including education, defence, and commercial projects. A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience.
