Independent Living Assistant

About the Job:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Independent Living Assistant to join our team in Alfreton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting three gentlemen who live in the area, enabling them to lead independent lives and participate in activities that bring them joy.

As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- To provide individualised support to the gentlemen, promoting their independence and well-being.
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with the gentlemen, their families, and other stakeholders.
- To contribute to the planning and delivery of activities, ensuring they are enjoyable and beneficial for the gentlemen.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Social Work, Health and Social Care, or a related field.
- Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
