Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice and support to project teams on construction planning and programming.
  2. Develop and implement effective construction plans and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  4. Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in civil engineering, preferably in a planning or coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction planning principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

">

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including life assurance cover (4x annual salary), company pension scheme (we match up to 8%), 25 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
