Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our business.

The successful candidate will have experience working on refurbishment schemes, excellent communication skills, and good presentation and client skills. They will also possess knowledge of Construction Contracts and be proficient in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Planning & Estimating
  • Tender and contract documentation production
  • Pre and Post Contract management
  • Management of contractors on site ensuring works are undertaken efficiently
  • Sub-Contract Application assessment & payments
  • Client Valuations
  • Change Management
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Final Account Agreements

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
